Permissions
Often projects require permissions from various government bodies etc. Building Regulations, Planning and sometimes Landlord’s approval. Sometimes listed building consent is required. We can apply for all of these on your behalf. Where, for example, a mezzanine floor is to be fitted structural calculations are required, not only for the new floor itself but also calculations are required to ensure the building is suitable for the intended use. Also all the fire regulations need to be satisfied. On completion a final certificate is issued for your files.
